2. Account Opening and Registration

3. Trading Services

3.1 Trading Instruments

We offer trading services in various financial instruments including, but not limited to:

• Foreign exchange (Forex) pairs

• Precious metals (Gold, Silver, etc.)

3.2 Execution and Pricing

We provide execution services and pricing based on information from liquidity providers and market data feeds. While we strive to provide competitive pricing and fast execution, we do not guarantee:

• That prices will always be available or executable
• That execution will occur at the exact price displayed
• That there will be no slippage, especially during volatile market conditions
• Continuous availability of trading services without interruption

3.3 Leverage and Margin

Trading with leverage involves significant risk. The leverage available to you depends on your account type and the instrument being traded. You are responsible for maintaining adequate margin in your account at all times. We reserve the right to:

• Change margin requirements at any time without prior notice
• Close positions if your margin falls below required levels
• Liquidate positions to cover margin requirements

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your account using the payment methods we accept. All deposits must be made from accounts or payment methods in your name. We reserve the right to:

• Request additional documentation
• Refuse or return deposits that do not comply with our policies

• Swap/Interest: Overnight financing charges for positions held open
• Inactivity Fees: May apply to accounts with no trading activity for extended periods
• Withdrawal Fees: May apply depending on the payment method

All fees are disclosed in our account types section and may be updated from time to time. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding all applicable fees before trading.

6. Risk Disclosure

Trading forex and CFDs involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You should:

• Only trade with funds you can afford to lose
• Understand the risks associated with leveraged trading
• Seek independent financial advice if necessary
• Be aware that you may lose more than your initial investment
• Understand that past performance is not indicative of future results

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use our services if you are located in a restricted jurisdiction
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access our systems without authorization

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of Pinakine Liquidity or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for losses arising from market volatility, technical failures, or force majeure events
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data or information

10. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination:

• All open positions will be closed at current market prices
• All outstanding fees and charges will be deducted
• Remaining funds will be returned to you after settlement of all obligations
• You will no longer have access to our trading services

We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately in cases of fraud, violation of these Terms, or regulatory requirements.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saint Lucia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
