About Profit/Loss Calculation

Profit or loss is calculated based on the difference between entry and exit prices:

  • Long Position (Buy): Profit when exit price > entry price
  • Short Position (Sell): Profit when exit price < entry price
  • Pips: The smallest price movement in a currency pair

Formula: Profit/Loss = (Exit Price - Entry Price) × Lot Size × Contract Size × Pip Value
